Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Text to Excel website, apps, and related services provided by Text to Excel ("Text to Excel", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Text to Excel converts text or CSV data into structured spreadsheets and provides related productivity features, including credit-based usage, subscriptions, and account dashboards.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update any changes to your contact and billing details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

We offer multiple paid plans and a basic usage tier. Paid plans grant additional credits, higher limits, and premium support as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Paid plans and credit packs are billed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
• Prices, credit allowances, and plan features are published on our Pricing page and may change with prior notice on the site or via email.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for any ordered plan and agree to keep your billing information current.

All payments are processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the Merchant of Record for this service. This means Creem is the legal seller for all transactions.

When you make a purchase:

• Your credit card or bank statement will show charges from "Creem" or "Armitage Labs"
• Creem collects and remits all applicable sales taxes, VAT, and other taxes on our behalf
• Payment data is processed securely according to PCI-DSS standards under Creem's Privacy Policy (creem.io/privacy)
• Refunds and chargebacks are processed through Creem's payment systems

You can manage your subscription and view billing history through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. For payment-specific inquiries, Creem's support team may also assist.

Subscription plans renew continuously unless cancelled. Credits tied to a subscription reset on the schedule shown in your account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Renewal charges use the payment method on file.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current term.
• If we cannot process payment, we may suspend or downgrade your access until the balance is settled.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

• Digital goods are delivered immediately. For one-time credit packs you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if less than 10% of the credits have been used.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the period ends.
• If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us within seven (7) days so we can resolve the issue or offer an appropriate remedy.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. We may request additional information to verify the account before issuing a refund.

Credits are units that allow you to process files or access premium features. Credits acquired through one-time purchases may expire according to the schedule displayed at checkout; credits reset for active subscriptions as indicated in your account.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged outside of the service. We may revoke credits gained through abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

You agree to use Text to Excel responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

• Do not upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, including personal data you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or security features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Account, billing, and usage information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Payments are processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, tax collection, payment compliance, and refunds. Your payment details are shared with Creem under their Privacy Policy at creem.io/privacy.
• Authentication is handled by BetterAuth/Google, and certain usage metrics are collected through Google Analytics to improve the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Text to Excel in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms, modify the service, or discontinue features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you through the service or by email when required.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
